Uttarkasi Days 24
One must understand that the world is unreal by way of enquiring into the principles proclaimed by the Brahma Sutras viz 'janmadasya' .The supreme Brahman alone has spread out to appear as the universe by vivarta ('manifestation' as against parinama--evolution). With the aid of scriptural utterances such as ýato va' and one's own intellect the truth will shine that Siva alone is the cause behind this manifestation. - Sree Siva Rahasyam
